1、 Product Overview


Utilizing PCME's patented ElectroDynamic ™ Dynamic charge technology, which samples induced alternating current in a specific frequency band and direct current signals caused by particle collision with a probe. This technology is superior to conventional DC frictional electric systems and AC electric systems that expand the speed range. This instrument does not contain cross sensitivity, therefore it cannot change the speed; It is also not affected by sensor rod contamination and can eliminate signal drift effects.

PC MEDustTools PCsoftware provides powerful and reliable emission reports, real-time and historical data analysis, facilitating process control and predictive maintenance


• Entry, standard control device with advanced charts and user interface display, functions include: alarm, graphical trend, data recording, 4-20mA output


The control device with sensor network (up to 32 sensor channels) is certified by industry standard MODBUS, and multiple external input devices (such as temperature and O2 under standard conditions) are included


PCMEVIEx800/820 has replaced DX800/DX820 and become a commonly used instrument choice in global CEM applications.


2、 Main features of the product


1. Self checking function


PCMEVIEx800/820 has comprehensive self inspection function to ensure that emissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and provides warning function to operators for potential sensor problems. This prevents maintenance scheduling, reduces process downtime, and increases data integrity.


Manual or automatic zeroing and reference drift checks ensure self detection of any electronic or signal detection faults. This quality assurance function has been certified by the European and ASTM (US) standards for bag breakage monitoring.


Probe short circuit inspection allows the operator to know the short circuit situation caused by the accumulation of particles on the sensing probe rod and avoid related measurement errors.


2. Explosion environment safety design


PCMEVIEx800/820 has designed anti fault devices under two fault conditions, ensuring internal equipment safety with energy limits and electrically isolating and protecting electrical components. The sensors in the hazardous area are connected to the control unit through the regulator in the safe area, and as part of the system safety design, a simple sensor network connection is made through a "daisy chain".

3. Advanced signal processing and signal diagnosis


The accurate and fast dynamic emission measurement method enables operators to locate the position of leaking bags in multi bag dust collectors. When the instrument is combined with PCME's PredictPCsoftware software, it has the ability to detect dust collector faults:


A fast dynamic range of 10000:1 can accurately monitor bag cleaning pulses while maintaining high accuracy in emission free monitoring. Sufficient dynamic range to track and predict bag faults and failure location monitoring during bag cleaning cycles in both "online" and "offline" states.


• Rolling ("Dynamic Data Acquisition Form" Filter Technology) to accurately calculate and measure particulate emissions through digital averaging

The flue after bag filter, drum filter and cyclone filter


Explosion areas 0, 1, 2, 20, 21, and 22


Within the range of 8-20m/s (typical speed range of bag filter), a constant speed is required beyond this range


After the drying process


• Non condensing/dry smoke*


Not suitable for applications involving electrostatic precipitators or water droplets*
